Questions

What people ask before they buy.

How much does The Bird Bath Terminal cost?

Standard is $2,999 a year, Pro is $8,999 a year, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year with three seats included. All plans run on a twelve month term, billed annually or monthly at a small premium.

What is the difference between the tiers?

Every paying tier sees the same data. The tiers gate functionality, not fields: Standard is the full app for one person, Pro adds CSV export and workspace admin for a small team, and Enterprise adds unlimited export plus REST API and MCP access.

Do I have to talk to sales?

No. Standard and Pro can be bought directly. Enterprise is a contract because it involves API terms and seat counts, so that one starts with a conversation.

Can I add seats later?

Yes. Additional seats are $2,500 a year on both Pro and Enterprise, and an admin can add them from the workspace at any time. Enterprise includes three.

Is there a discount?

Corporate groups that verify their own practice data quarterly join the Data Partner Program and get 25% off any tier. Miss a quarter and it reverts to standard pricing.

What happens to my exported data if I cancel?

Data you exported during the term is yours to keep for internal use. The licence is internal-use only: no resale, no embedding it in a product you sell, and no training models on it.

Start with the data.
